Before You Return

Please make sure to double-check item type, size, and quantity before checkout.
All return shipping costs are covered by the buyer, unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

30-Day Return Policy (Including Klarna)

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

For Klarna purchases, you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of delivery, as required by Klarna’s consumer protection policy.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

• The item is defective or damaged, or
• You received the wrong product.

We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.
• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
• Used injection pumps, packers, or chemical grouting materials (for safety and contamination reasons).
• Clearance or sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item first, then place a new order after your return has been approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 15–21 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method (Shopify Payments, Klarna, PayPal, etc.).

Please note: it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

Klarna Purchase Notes

•  Restocking fees, store credits, or exchanges do not apply to Klarna purchases.
•  Refunds for Klarna orders are always credited back to the original Klarna account   once processed.
