Specifications
Key Features
Independent compressed air inlet with control valve
Air-assisted foam discharge for fast-expanding PU
Anti-clog internal flow design
Easy purge and cleaning process
Durable, contractor-grade construction
Compatible with any fast-reaction, high-expansion polyurethane system
Optimized upgrade for DN-999 injection pumps
How It Works
Connect left and right material lines as normal
Connect compressed air line to the air inlet
Inject polyurethane foam as usual
Release trigger when injection is complete
Keep air valve open for at least 30 seconds to purge residual material
Important Operating Notice ⚠️ After releasing the trigger, the compressed air supply and the valve between the air line and the injection gun must remain open for at least 30 seconds. This air-purge process allows compressed air to fully blow out any residual polyurethane material inside the gun, preventing internal curing, clogging, and premature wear. Failure to perform the 30-second air purge may result in gun blockage and is not considered a product defect.
Applications
Slab Lifting
Slab Jacking
Soil Stabilization
Void Filling with High-Expansion Polyurethane Foam
Compatibility
Designed as an upgrade for DN-999 injection pumps
Compatible with other dual-line injection systems
Works with any brand of fast-reacting, high-foaming polyurethane foam
Requires standard compressed air supply
Frequently Asked Questions Q1: Is this gun compatible with my polyurethane foam brand? Yes. This injection gun is designed to work with any fast-reacting, high-expansion polyurethane foam, regardless of manufacturer. Q2: Why does this gun need compressed air? The compressed air actively pushes residual material out of the gun, preventing internal curing and clogging—especially critical when working with fast-reaction PU systems. Q3: Do I need to keep the air on after releasing the trigger? Yes. You must keep the air valve open for at least 30 seconds after releasing the trigger to properly purge residual material. Q4: What happens if I skip the air purge step? Skipping the air purge may cause polyurethane to cure inside the gun, leading to blockage. This is considered improper operation, not a product defect. Q5: Is this suitable for DIY users? This product is designed as a contractor-grade upgrade. While experienced DIY users may use it, it is primarily intended for professional applications.
Built for Contractors Who Can’t Afford Downtime When you work with fast foam, every second matters. The DN-999 Air-Assisted Injection Gun is built to keep your operation clean, efficient, and moving forward—job after job.
